December 7, 2017: Even though the technology is as old as computing, machine learning was one of the technology buzz words in 2017. New advances in machine learning research are quickly making it its way into industries & businesses. It is predicted to be one of those technologies that could bring transformative changes in organizations in the coming years. To understand its potential and implementation in mainstream applications, the Technology Assurance Group (TAG) at InApp organized a knowledge sharing session on Machine Learning on December 06, 2017. In addition to discussions on emerging trends and tools in the field, the main talk was on machine learning implementation using TensorFlow, the open source software library created by Google. TensorFlow is used in some of Google’s successful projects such as Search, Maps, YouTube, Translate, and Photos.
