One of the great ways to attract young talent is by sharing our corporate experience at InApp and how we interact with our customers on a day-to-day basis. Recently InApp conducted a brief session on College Campus placements for the 3rd year students of Marian Engineering College, Thiruvananthapuram. Biju B Varghese & Anupama Dinesh from InApp talked to the students about what to expect in a campus interview & placements and how to tackle the challenges associated with the placements. The time we spent interacting with these potential hires, answering their questions has helped us build a good rapport and goodwill among the various engineering colleges in Kerala.
