In an empowering training session held on October 14th, our reporting officers took a significant step toward enhancing their leadership and managerial skills. Organized at Hotel Gokulam Grand, Trivandrum, this insightful six-hour workshop was aimed at individuals holding positions where they can positively influence their teams.
Conducted by the highly regarded trainer, Mrs. Sangeetha Elizabeth Panicker from Sharp Skills, the training was a resounding success. The attendees devoted four hours to deep-dive into “Role Model Effectiveness.” This segment emphasized the critical role reporting officers play in setting a positive example for their teams, and fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
The latter part of the training delved into “Managerial Rituals” for two hours, equipping officers with practical tools and strategies to enhance their managerial effectiveness.
