Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Presales Architect to join our Presales & Solutioning team. This role focuses on the technical dimension of presales—bridging client needs with InApp’s delivery capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CRO/Head of Presales, Delivery, and Technology teams to craft high-quality solutions, lead technical discussions with prospects, and support proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Architecture:
    • Analyze RFPs/RFIs and client requirements to design optimal technical solutions leveraging InApp’s capabilities.
    • Collaborate with Delivery and Practice Leads to define architecture, technology stacks, and integration strategies.
  • Technical Engagement with Prospects:
    • Lead deep-dive technical discussions, demos, and workshops with prospects to understand challenges and articulate solutions.
    • Present architectural approaches, frameworks, and design rationale to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proposal Development & Documentation:
    • Contribute to technical sections of proposals, including architecture diagrams, effort estimates, assumptions, and risk mitigation.
    • Support pricing discussions from a technical feasibility and effort standpoint.
  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing:
    • Partner with Sales, Delivery, and Technology teams to ensure alignment between proposed solutions and delivery capabilities.
    • Contribute to reusable solution frameworks, case studies, and accelerators for future opportunities.
  • Market & Technology Awareness:
    • Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies relevant to InApp’s service offerings.
    • Identify opportunities to incorporate modern technologies (AI, Cloud, Data, DevOps, etc.) in client proposals.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 10–15 years in software architecture, solution design, or technical presales in an IT services environment.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of modern application architectures — Cloud-native, Microservices, APIs, DevOps practices, and CI/CD.
    • Hands-on understanding of at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
    • Familiarity with frontend, backend, and data engineering technologies.
  • Presales & Communication Skills:
    • Proven ability to engage clients in technical conversations and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
    • Strong documentation, presentation, and estimation skills.
  • Collaborative Mindset:
    • Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based or international clients in presales or solutioning roles.
  • Exposure to multiple domains such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing.
  • Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Architect Expert, etc.) are an added advantage.
