Role Overview
InApp is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our marketing-qualified pipeline. This role is accountable for turning strategy into measurable revenue impact by designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand programs.
You will work closely with Marketing Operations, Offer Marketing, and Sales to ensure that every campaign is targeted, measurable, and aligned to business priorities.
This is a hands-on, outcomes-driven role for someone who is as comfortable with pipeline math as they are with experimentation and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline & Demand Ownership
- Own MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) and pipeline contribution targets
- Translate business and revenue goals into growth programs
- Continuously optimize conversion rates across the funnel
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Design and run multi-channel demand programs including:
- Paid search and paid social
- Account-based marketing (1:many and 1:few)
- Webinars, virtual events, and gated content
- Define campaign goals, target audiences, offers, and success metrics
- Run experiments to improve reach, engagement, and efficiency
Account & Persona-Based Growth
- Partner with sales to identify ICPs and priority accounts
- Build coordinated plays for buying groups and decision-makers
- Leverage intent signals and account engagement data to focus spend
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Offer Marketing to align messaging and positioning
- Partner with Content to define asset requirements and narratives
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations on:
- Lead scoring and routing
- Attribution and reporting
- Funnel optimization
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Monitor and report on:
- MQL → SQL conversion
- Pipeline creation and influence
- CAC, CPL, and ROI by channel
- Use insights to scale what works and stop what doesn’t
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 7–12 years of IT Services/ B2B growth or demand marketing experience
- Proven track record of driving pipeline, not just leads
- Experience marketing IT services, SaaS, or enterprise technology
- Strong understanding of:
- Funnel metrics and attribution
- Paid media and ABM strategies
- Lead lifecycle and conversion optimization
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Nice to Have
- Experience with ABM or intent platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, Apollo)
- Experience partnering closely with sales teams in complex buying cycles
- Comfort working in a scaling or high-growth environment
