Requirements

Business Analysis skills

• Ability to identify, elicit, analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Expertise in analyzing and modelling the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements.
• Expertise in defining the business problem and primary objectives of new projects, identifying and validating the key business requirements
• Strong requirements management and modelling / prototyping skills including familiarisation with UML 2.0 or BPMN 2.0 notation standards & requirements management tools
• Experience writing BRDs, user stories, user scenarios, use cases, detailed functional specifications etc.
• Experience creating diagrams such as process flows, activity diagrams, etc.

Other skills

• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively perform client stakeholder management, leading to productive and sustained relationships with stakeholders
• Capable of acting as a catalyst in understanding user requirements and effectively communicating the requirements to the technology team
• Excellent attention to detail with an ability to think laterally to solve business problems, articulate, energetic person able to work alone or as part of a team
• Is adaptable, accountable, solution orientated and possesses excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in green energy domain is an advantage
• A hands-on, can-do approach and the willingness to go above and beyond
• Strong documentation skills
• Excellent meeting facilitation skills
