For a growing food and beverage operator, success is a two-edged sword. As more locations open and more guests come, manual methods that worked for one restaurant often do not work well for many. This client faced a common growth problem: their data was scattered across multiple systems, staff were overwhelmed by repetitive tasks, and it became harder to monitor and improve guest satisfaction.
To solve these problems, they worked with InApp to build a complete, AI-powered Restaurant Management System made for worldwide growth.
Before the transformation, the client’s operations consisted of a mix of disconnected tools. Managing menus, guest data, and staff schedules required switching platforms, causing multiple crucial pain points:
The team completely rebuilt the system, replacing separate tools with a single platform made up of 15 modules. This was not just a software update but a new way of running a restaurant.

To tackle manual overload, we integrated an AI-powered chatbot to handle routine guest inquiries instantly. This enabled front-of-house staff to focus on in-person hospitality rather than answering basic questions. We also built a Language Translation module supporting 13 languages, making sure the platform was ready for international staff and guests from day one.
Instead of guessing what guests wanted, the new system included special sections for Guest Information and Satisfaction. It turned every piece of feedback into actionable data, helping management track service patterns and make improvements across all locations.
To build this complex system quickly, our team used Agile (Scrum) methods and GitHub Copilot. Adding AI to our coding process helped us work more efficiently.
