Inside Sales Executive (Lead Qualification Specialist)

We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growth team. Your primary mission is to act as the critical link between Marketing and Sales. You will take ownership of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and use a consultative approach to vet, nurture, and transition them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

The ideal candidate will have experience in the US IT services space, selling to the US market, and a strong understanding of lead-qualification frameworks, buyer-intent signals, and outbound engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Engage with inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) via email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Conduct structured discovery to assess:
    • Business needs and use cases
    • Budget and decision-making authority
    • Timeline and urgency
    • Fit with our service offerings
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot CRM
  • Leverage intent data and account insights from 6sense to prioritize outreach
  • Follow up consistently with leads through multi-touch cadences
  • Operate effectively within US Business Hours to ensure real-time engagement with prospects.
  • Understand IT services terminology (e.g., Cloud, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, Digital Transformation, AI Native Development) to speak credibly with IT Managers and CTOs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Qualification, specifically within the IT Services or Software domain.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM , experience using 6Sense, ZoomInfo or Sales Navigator is preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written English skills. You must be able to write personalized, non-templated emails that get replies.
  •  A “hunter” mindset , you follow the process, track your data, and constantly look for ways to improve conversion rates.
