Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java technologies, modern backend frameworks, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate should possess excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills, take ownership of end-to-end delivery, and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java/J2EE technologies.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.
• Build and enhance applications using Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Take complete ownership of assigned tasks from development through deployment and production support.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality code following coding standards and best practices.
• Automate development and operational processes wherever applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
• Support production issues and adapt to changing customer priorities when required.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Mandatory Skills

• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE application development.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Java/J2EE
  • Servlets
  • JSP(Mandatory)
  • JSF (JavaServer Faces)
  • JSP Tag Libraries
• Experience with enterprise application servers such as:
  • Oracle WebLogic
  • JBoss / WildFly
  • IBM WebSphere
• Strong experience with:
  • Spring Framework
  • Spring Boot
  • REST APIs / Web Services
  • Swagger / OpenAPI
• Hands-on experience with Node.js.(Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases, including:
  • SQL
  • Apache CouchDB (or similar NoSQL databases)
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and report generation.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as:
  • Sencha
  • Ext JS
• Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning, and application design skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Exposure to containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is desirable.
• Understanding of application security and secure coding practices.
