Job Summary:
Implement CPQ/CLM related business requirements for different projects, enhancements or support tickets
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work with business teams to understand requirement details
- Work with IT Product Owners/ Solution Architects/and other Business Analysts to implement requirements
- Design, develop (configure) and document the solution
- Follow IT processes for change implementation and own the implementation through design, development, testing and migration to production
Qualifications/Skills:
- Proficient in Conga CPQ, CLM, Approvals, template related setups
- Very knowledgeable in Salesforce platform constructs like flows, workflows, profiles, permissions, etc. Apex coding is not required
- Bachelors in Engineering or Computer Applications preferred
- Conga CPQ and/or CLM certification desired
- 7+ year’s IT experience desired
- 3+ year’s Conga CPQ/CLM experience desired
