Vijay Kumar is the CEO and one of the co-founders of InApp. He started his career with Castrol India Limited and moved on to a few entrepreneurial ventures prior to InApp. During a period of sabbatical from InApp, he served a successful stint as the CEO of Testhouse India. By aligning strategy, people, and technology, he has been instrumental in building high-performing teams that drive sustainable growth.
Vijay served two consecutive terms on the National Board of Round Table India, leading their HRD and Leadership development function. He was the Founding Chair of Young Indians (Yi) in Trivandrum; Past Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Thiruvananthapuram Zone; served on the Executive Council of the British Business Group, Chennai; and is currently the Honorary Consular Warden for the British Deputy High Commission, Chennai.
Vijay is the Chair of the Kerala Regional Council for Nasscom and a member of the National SME Council.
