Vijay Kumar is the CEO and one of the co-founders of InApp. He started his career at Castrol India Limited and later pursued a few entrepreneurial ventures before joining InApp. During his sabbatical from InApp, he served a successful stint as the CEO of Testhouse India. By aligning strategy, people, and technology, he has been instrumental in building high-performing teams that drive sustainable growth.
Vijay served two consecutive terms on the National Board of Round Table India, leading their HRD and leadership development function. He was the Founding Chair of Young Indians (Yi) in Trivandrum, the Past Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Thiruvananthapuram Zone, and served on the Executive Council of the British Business Group, Chennai. He is currently the Honorary Consular Warden for the British Deputy High Commission, Chennai.
