Rubina was hired as one of the first employees. She joined as a programmer trainee, and she steadily rose through the ranks and is currently heading the Software Quality Assurance department at InApp.

Her in-depth knowledge of the software development process has helped her in spearheading the quality initiatives at InApp. Rubina also heads the Testing department and is responsible for independent testing projects.
