He has held leadership positions at Fischer International, HCL (Hindustan Computers Ltd), IESL (now India Satcom Ltd), and Verifone (now part of HP). An alumnus of CET, Trivandrum, he has served as a member of the Gemstone POS terminal development team at Verifone, ITI Bangalore’s VSAT terminal project, and the Hardware R&D team of Stallion series of EPABX from HCL in the late 80s.

After his return from the US in 1998, he set up Fischer India in Technopark, Trivandrum, a subsidiary of Fischer International. He was instrumental in bringing to market several of Fischer’s flagship products such as an identity management solution, TAO messaging solution, and Odoo-based custom ERP solution. As CTO of InApp, he heads the Technology Management Organization which advises project teams on design architecture, ensuring good code quality, and relying on best practices. His current interests are Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, Data lakes, Big Data using Spark, Graph databases, Data visualization and cloud services on AWS and Azure. He is also an avid programmer in Python, Ruby on Rails, Java, C++, PHP, and JavaScript.
