Effective managerial skills are one of the important aspects that can strengthen an organization from its roots. Most often these skills are learned and developed over time on the job. However, these skills need continuous honing and training by an external consultant goes a long way in providing a different perspective on the role of being a manager. So InApp organized a two-day workshop by a certified professional in “Learning & Performance” and “Organisation Development for all our managers. During this workshop, they learned about a range of topics such as emotional intelligence, social styles, building trust, the importance of mentoring, effective communication, giving feedback, and continuous learning.
