On 18th March 2023, we organized a Team Bonding session for our reporting officers. The session conducted for reporting officers at ‘The Turtle on the Beach’ was an important initiative taken by InApp to promote a positive work culture and improve teamwork among its employees. In today’s competitive environment, it is crucial for organizations to foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork to achieve their business goals.
The session was conducted by Mrs. Sangeetha Panicker of the Sharp Skills team, a renowned trainer in team building and leadership. The session included activities that encouraged participation, collaboration, and communication among team members. It also provided an opportunity for team members to interact with each other in a relaxed and informal setting, which helped to break down barriers and improve communication.
Participants were able to learn more about each other’s strengths and weaknesses, which will help them to work more effectively together in the future. The session also helped to identify areas where the team can improve and provided strategies to overcome any obstacles that may arise.
Overall, the team bonding session was a great success, and the organization is already seeing the benefits of investing in such initiatives.
