As part of its Employee Health and Wellness Program, the Human Resources Department at InApp recently introduced two employee-friendly welfare schemes – the Mental Wellness Program in association with the Department of Psychology, National Institute of Speech and Hearing (NISH), and the COVID Insurance scheme.
A mental wellness program was also conducted to help employees deal with any challenges arising during the pandemic. It was done in the three phases which included a survey, an online interactive meeting, and personal interaction sessions with the team of psychologists and doctors from NISH. The company has also included the employees and family under the COVID Rakshak policy, a health insurance policy that offers lumpsum benefit to the insured if diagnosed with COVID-19.
