Good knowledge of any RDBMS and doing third-party integrations
Also, knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is valuable.
Should be able to provide technical leadership and guidance to the team
Responsible for reviewing and approving technical designs, and code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Should have extensive experience in Java development, including a deep understanding of core Java concepts
Architecture and Design Skills to design and architect solutions, design the database and consider performance optimization, and security.
Communication Skills to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients, both verbally and in writing.
