Designation: Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
• Develop and implement statistical models to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data.

Reporting and Visualization:

• Design and create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate key findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data visualizations align with business objectives.

Data Quality and Validation:

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data through validation and cleansing processes.
• Implement and maintain data quality standards and procedures.

Predictive Modeling:

• Build predictive models to support forecasting and decision-making processes.
• Evaluate model performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand analytical requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Communicate complex findings clearly and understandably to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics.
• Propose and implement improvements to existing analytical processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
• Clean and pre-process data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization libraries like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or ggplot2.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
