We are looking for an SEM expert to manage all pay-per-click (PPC) marketing activities. The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist will manage all paid search campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and Bing, as well as other search and display marketing engines. As a successful SEM Specialist, you will effectively manage the paid search budget and work with the SEO and Marketing team in order to maximize ROI, drive traffic, and customers. As our online presence is extremely important for the success of the business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business growth and success.

SEM Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop and implement advanced SEM strategies and campaigns. This includes competitive analysis, keyword research, ad copy development, and testing, bid optimization as well as numerous micro-optimizations.
  • Handle, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Bing, and other advertising platforms
  • Studying & forecasting market needs, planning & executing different campaigns.
  • Proficient in bidding strategy and track bids in line with marketing objectives and budgets to maintain the desired ranking on select search engines
  • Effectively manage campaign expenses by staying on budget٫ appropriately estimating monthly costs٫ and reconciling any discrepancies that may arise.
  • Troubleshoot issues impacting campaign performance and communicate with the marketing manager to clarify and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Experience in Landing page optimization, A/B testing, and other measurement methodologies and technologies
  • Experience in re-marketing campaigns on Google Ads and other related platforms
  • Perform frequent analysis of campaigns including bid optimization, account segmentation, keyword analysis, or other ad hoc analysis.
  • Stay current on industry trends and upcoming technology, channels, and online marketing strategies.

SEM Analyst Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in the search marketing industry.
  • Experience in working with Google Analytics for performing deep-dive analysis to drive search marketing efforts
  • Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously
  • Google AdWords certification is a plus.
