Candidate Profile

  • Work experience: 10+ years in IT industry with at least 7+ years of exp in Pre-Sales – Proposal/Bid Management, Proposal Authoring
  • Experience in handling large IT services deals like Application development, Maintenance in US/European geographies
  • Handled services related to latest digital technologies like Cloud, Data services, ML etc
  • Experience in handling first-level client discussions
  • Understanding of development methodologies like Agile, Scrum, etc.
  • High level understanding of technologies

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end proposal response. Manage the entire proposal lifecycle which will include scope finalization, solution review, commercials, proposal authoring and proposal submission.
  • Coordinate, work closely with Sales, Technology Solution, Delivery, Finance, Legal and other teams to build an effective ecosystem to deliver best in class deliverables in areas of proposals, RFP/RFI response, etc.
  • Develop, review and validate pricing models
  • Understand, articulate and write solutions as explained by Architects, SMEs and Practice Heads in the language of global business to deliver a world class proposal with coherent storyline
  • Build reusable assets such as proposal templates/pricing models/approaches etc. to cut short the cycle time/effort of building response
