Lead Developer (Full Stack) (7-10 Years)

Role: Lead Developer (required to do code review, interact with clients and back to the team)

Mandatory Skills:

• JS, ReactJS, Python Flask, MSSQL,
• Awareness of optimisation techniques, hooks, redux middleware, client-side routing etc
• Ability to read/understand/design RESTful JSON-based APIs.

Preferred Skills:

• VueJS/ NodeJS (good to have)
• Previous experience in a tech lead or mentorship role is preferred
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Comfortable working in overlapping hours roughly 9 PM to 11:30 PM IST.
• Proven competency in developing and supporting full-stack applications with front-end technology as React and server-side technologies including Python.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative / team-based approach
• Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes
• Experience implementing, customizing, and integrating third-party applications.
• Debugging Techniques using tools like Wireshark/Fiddler, Chrome Debug extensions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
