Role Overview

We are seeking a Head of Delivery to scale our delivery organization and lead its transformation. The role
demands strong governance, operational excellence, and the ability to build future-ready teams that deliver
consistent value to global clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery Leadership & Strategy
    • Provide overall leadership and direction to all delivery units across accounts and service
      lines, overseeing a 450+ member workforce.
    • Define and implement delivery strategies, frameworks, and processes to achieve
      predictable, high-quality outcomes.
    • Establish best-in-class governance mechanisms, project management practices, and delivery
      KPIs to ensure scalability.

  • Operational Excellence & Transformation
    • Drive adoption of automation, engineering efficiency, and AI-enabled practices to enhance
      delivery productivity.
    • Standardize and optimize delivery processes across projects to ensure consistency, agility,
      and scalability.
    • Enable cross-functional collaboration with Account Management, Technology, and Support
      teams for seamless client value delivery.
  • Talent & Capability Development
    • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing delivery leadership team capable of driving large-scale programs.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and engineering excellence within delivery teams.
    • Develop future-ready capabilities by aligning talent development with emerging technologies and market needs.
  • Client Value & Relationship Management
    • Serve as an executive sponsor for delivery engagements, ensuring proactive governance and
      timely resolution of escalations.
    • Collaborate closely with Account Management teams to align delivery excellence with client
      expectations and long-term partnerships.
    • Represent the company in client discussions, industry forums, and strategic engagements
      when required.

Key Requirements

  • Experience: 18+ years in IT services, with at least 5+ years in senior delivery leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in scaling delivery operations in mid-size or fast-growing IT services companies.
    Candidates from large IT organizations with transformation experience are also encouraged.
  • Strong track record in setting up delivery governance, processes, and frameworks to support growth.
  • Exposure to automation, engineering efficiency, DevOps, and AI/ML adoption in delivery contexts.
  • Experience in managing delivery teams of 400+ professionals across geographies and multiple
    accounts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to influence C-level executives and global clients.
  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor, and retain top delivery talent.
