Job Description:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring and adjusting plans to ensure targets are met.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement customer retention strategies.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in Construction, Manufacturing, Family & Health & Product Development domains
• Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop strategic sales plans.
• Strong customer service orientation.
