Job Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking to hire a dedicated content writer to create content for blogs, articles, emails, social media, campaign landing pages and the company website. The content writer’s responsibilities include regularly updating the company’s website/ blog, evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed, and writing creative content for different campaigns across various marketing channels. You should also be able to follow editorial guidelines when creating content.
In addition, you should keep abreast of the latest SEO techniques involving content and also should be able to contribute to the development of marketing strategies that will increase reader engagement.
Content Writer Responsibilities:
Developing content for blogs, articles, social media, emails, and the company website.
Assisting the marketing team in developing creative content for advertising campaigns.
Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
Using SEO best practices to improve the content quality and increase traffic to the company website.
Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company’s current content.
Content Writer Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, or related field.
At least 5 years of content writing or copywriting experience.
Working knowledge of content management systems.
At least 3 years working with an SEO team translating SEO keyword requirements into strong published content.
A portfolio of published articles.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
Effective communication skills.
