Ability to identify, elicit, analyze and translate business needs into technical requirements
Expertise in analyzing and modelling the business domain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements.
Expertise in defining the business problem and primary objectives of new projects, identifying and validating the key business requirements
Strong requirements management and modelling / prototyping skills including familiarisation with UML 2.0 or BPMN 2.0 notation standards & requirements management tools
Experience writing BRDs, user stories, user scenarios, use cases, detailed functional specifications etc.
Experience creating diagrams such as process flows, activity diagrams, etc.

Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills to effectively perform client stakeholder management, leading to productive and sustained relationships with stakeholders
Capable of acting as a catalyst in understanding user requirements and effectively communicating the requirements to the technology team

Is adaptable, accountable, solution orientated and possesses excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
Knowledge in green energy domain is an advantage
