AI/ML Engineer (Senior Data Scientist/AI Engineer) (7-10 Years)

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, train, optimize, and deploy ML/Deep Learning/Generative AI models.
• Build end-to-end pipelines for model development, training, and deployment.
• Optimize model inference for production usage, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems and design AI solutions.
• Write high-quality, maintainable code following best engineering practices.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Data Science, ML, or AI.
• 7+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist or AI/ML Engineer.
• Expertise in NLP, Transformers, Large Language Models (LLMs), and the Hugging
  Face library.
• Experience optimizing LLM training and inference performance.
• Proficiency in at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).
• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in ML frameworks such as
  scikit-learn.
• Experience with deploying ML models in production and working with cloud-based AI
  solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong understanding of ML operations (MLOps), including CI/CD for ML workflows.
• Ability to document technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
