Technical Lead – .Net (8-10 Years)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in backend development using C#/.NET, solid expertise in SQL and database scripting, and leadership experience in guiding development teams. The ideal candidate will take ownership of technical delivery, ensure code quality, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring high-quality coding standards and timely delivery of features.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to implement scalable solutions using C#/.NET for backend development.
• Conduct detailed code reviews, especially focusing on database scripts and .NET modules.
• Review and optimize SQL queries, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical tasks.
• Mentor junior team members and promote continuous learning and improvement within the team.
• Actively participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions to support delivery and product roadmap.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise:

• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Framework/Core.
• Solid understanding of SQL with proven experience in writing, reviewing, and optimizing complex queries and scripts.

Leadership:

• Demonstrated ability to lead small-to-medium development teams and take ownership of feature delivery.
• Experience in conducting peer reviews and enforcing best practices.

Process & Collaboration:

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based development.
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and communicate technical details clearly.

Problem Solving & Communication:

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Good to have

• Experience with Angular or other modern frontend frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, etc.).
• Experience working with microservices or service-oriented architecture.
