Automation Test Engineer (5-7 Years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
• Generate and maintain Allure Reports and use Pytest for automated test execution.
• Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or custom Python scripts.
• Perform manual testing to ensure software functionality, usability, and performance meet requirements.
• Review and analyze requirement specifications to ensure clarity and comprehensive test coverage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Conduct impact analysis to identify regression tests and assess the effects of software changes.
• Work in Agile projects, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Communicate effectively with clients at senior leadership levels to discuss quality status, strategies, and updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in both manual and automated testing.
• Strong knowledge of Allure Reports and testing frameworks like Pytest.
• Expertise in API testing using tools such as Postman or Python.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior-level client leadership.
• Experience in working on Agile projects and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to perform impact analysis to ensure comprehensive regression testing.
• Strong analytical skills to review and interpret requirement specifications.
