One of the great ways to attract fresh talent is through engaging with the young minds during campus placement drives. These sessions are ideal for our employees to share their work experience and knowledge of different technologies shaping the world. Recently InApp conducted one such session for the final year students from Government Engineering College (Barton Hill), LBS College of Engineering for Women & Mar Baselios College of Engineering and Technology in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Athul V S & Aadityakiran S, Programmer Trainees from InApp talked to the students about what to expect in a campus interview & placements and how to tackle the challenges associated with the placements. The time we spent interacting with these potential hires, answering their questions has helped us build a good rapport and goodwill among the various engineering colleges in Kerala.
