A training session on the PoSH Act for InApp Employees was conducted by Malavika Madhu, a certified PoSH awareness trainer, on January 3 and 6. Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, also called the PoSH Act, is a law to prevent and provide protection against sexual harassment of women at workplace and for the redressal of their complaints against sexual harassment.
The training made the participants aware of the difference between appropriate and inappropriate workplace behavior and educated them on the security and safety that InApp provides to its employees under the PoSH Act.
